I ordered the 1.99 trial size of Juveneu, and that 1.99 plus 2.00 Fee was run through my bank. I Called the Juveneu 866 number yesterday and cancelled any further products to be sent to me. And today there was a 29.95 charge run through my bank! I immediately called that 866 number again and got this run around about their so called policy of Not calling AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD TO CANCEL. It had only been 6 days since i put in my order for a trial bottle and have not received it yet!!! Please let other unsuspecting people not to order from that company. I saw the ad for it with another product called Lush Illumination. And have also cancelled that product as well, and have had no problems with them. Beverley
