My complaint is still against Lush Illumination, for taking payments of $175 from my account without my consent, and without delivering any product. I want to say that when checking my internet transactions I have no record of even requesting the free trial&sending the $5 P&P. I did send $5 to a US comp (Dead sea beauty, who were compleatly honest, even refunding my$5) I thought Lush were connected to DeadSea because of their internet link to a comp with
a similar name. It makes it even worse for me because I have no record of giving Lush my card details, and yet they have still been able to take $175 from my account (without my ordering from them).
