I ordered a free sample of pure collagen cream on 7th November for which I was meant to be charged just $3.95 USD straight away. I was charged the correct amount on my credit card but received the sample almost a month later.
After I received the sample I reviewed the email I received from the pure collagen and realised they were intending to keep sending me supplies of the cream and charge of $99 per month. I attempted to call them several times - always a system upgrade, I also sent emails requesting cancellation - to which I received no reply.
I just reviewed by current credit card statement I saw that on the 1st of Dec I was charged $103.94 USD - for something I did not request or receive.
I managed to get through to the company today (after several attempts) but had a very hard time convincing them that I did not receive anything from them and getting them to cancel further shipments (of whatever it is theyre supposedly sending).in the end I was advised that my 'subscription'??? Was cancelled but I am not convinced as I have not received a formal confirmation in writing about this so I've cancelled my credit card.
