I purchased online a pond liner and underlay through EBay from ponddepot/triumph which is also known as Triumph Global Ponds and Waterfalls on July 8th, Item # 251039630340 on my Ebay payment summary. PayPal Receipt transaction ID# 0HW68903MG0678336 dated July 9th 01:24: 39 GMT, Status: Completed. They have since cancelled the order without my consent or notification and are selling the identical item on Ebay under item # 380430807333 with a much higher price. I contacted EBay later in the day of July 9th when my order was cancelled, because any time a sellor has wanted to cancel or change an order they have requested my consent to do so prior to making any changes. I wanted to know why the order was cancelled and why I had not been contacted in this instance.in my purchase history it does not allow me to even contact the sellor, which I have done by email to the email address listed on the PayPal receipt. I later contacted PayPal when my money was refunded Transaction # 7R450709P8974505R July 9th, 11:38: 23 GMT. Regarding why I was not consulted in regards to accepting the refund which any time previously I have been refunded money by PayPal I have been asked if I wish to accept this refund. What I want is the item I was sold at the price I paid for it. When I bought this item it showed there were 53 already sold of this item at this price. So am I the only one being treated this way or are there 53 other people just as unhappy as I am out there.
