I won this auction on Jul-08-04 18:51: 13. My price was $122.50 $. 40.00 shipping.

I have paid for this item thru http://www.paypal.com on Jul. 10 $162.50.

I had been waiting for one week.

I have contacted seller thru email 7 times (07/17,07/19,07/22,07/26,07/27,07/28,08/18).
I have called him (206) 935-4182.

He is not going to return me my money.

On Aug. 8 I filed complain with PayPal (PayPal CaseId - PP-045-097-281)
And I didn't get my money because JD Dowell doesn't have enough money on his account.

I have tried to resolve this issue thru ebay but he has closed his ebay account (jdowell314).

I have checked his ebay feedbacks and found that he fraud a lot of people:
