Money Hold Placed on Account After Selling a Cell Phone

Dealing with PayPal can be a nightmare! I sold a new cell phone on eBay and PayPal put a restriction on my account because I sold an electronic item. Any payments from buyers on future electronic sales are subject to a money hold on my account for up to 3 weeks! This is ridiculous! I send the item to the buyer along with delivery confirmation, and I have no access to my money.
Stay away from selling electronics on eBay and using PayPal to receive your payment! I have never swindled a buyer on an item I have sold on eBay, ever! So I guess at PayPal you are guilty until proven innocent.
