Return Policy - Naot Diamanti-Women's

I purchased dress shoes from this company for $183 knowing they had a return policy if I was not satisfied. I wore the shoes around the house for three days before returning them asking for a Full refund.
They were uncomfortable and I was not able to break them in. I returned them May 16 received confirmation on May 18 that I would receive a refund within 1-2 billing cycles. Over a month later I received an email stating they are to worn and I will in fact not receive a refund. I have replied 3 times stating that I do not agree and asking for explanation. I have not heard back and would like a resolve.
