Poor customer service, change in return policies

I have been a regular customer of Shoebuy.com and have referred others to their website for purchase of shoes. I've never had a problem until now. I just purchase a pair of shoes on 4/1. I emailed for a return on 6/12 and was told that they could not accept the shoes for refund or exchange because it was past 60 days, even though the shoes have never left the original packaging.

I have purchased shoes and returned up to 4 months later in the past, their return policy changed. I feel that the change in policy should have been prominently displayed and argued this however they were unwilling to make an exception, even though I was only 12 days past their new return policy. I will not buy from Shoebuy.com again or refer others to them.
