Finish Line Athletic Shoes
Refused to give refund for shoes that were never worn... Complete scam

I bought a pair of Asics running shoes from the Finish Line at Mounds Mall in Anderson, IN. I was told to return within 45 days for a refund if I found a cheaper pair of shoes elsewhere. I returned to the store later that night, and the manager told me I could not return the shoes because they had been worn. He tried pointing out something on the shoe to show it was worn, but I could not see it then, and I still cannot see it under a bright light here at home. The only time I wore them was when I was trying them on in the store! He refused to issue a refund, but told me to go home and try cleaning the shoes with a warm soapy rag and go to another Finish Line store to try returning them - I could not believe what I was hearing!
