Not honoring their return policy - Naot Diamanti womens dress shoes

Most uncomfortable, expensive shoes I have ever purchased - Naot Dress shoes from leathersandals.com aka Soul Suvivors. I wore these shoes around the house for 3 days attempting to break them in. I returned them and was told I would receive a full return within 1-2 billing cycles.instead of my refund I received an email stating the shoes were too worn to refund. For $183 I not only expect the shoes to be comfortable as advertised but I do expect the company to honor the return policy
