RipOff Return Policy and Horrible Return Policy

This place has horrible customer service and an even worse return policy. I purchased a pair or men's shoes and noticed an odd odor. I was told that it was the glue from the manufacturing process and that it would go away with time. After I purchased the shoes and wore them once, I couldn't stand the odor and decided to return them. Frankly, I would have been fine with a replacement pair but reimbursing my money was fine. Unfortunately, I was told by the store manager that because I wore then regardless of the number of times, they could not take them back. I showed the manager my receipt which reflected when I purchased them and that I had only wore them once, but that didn't matter. Not only was the return policy unreasonable, the manager wouldn't even consider exchanging the shoes. I've never experienced such horrible service and can honestly say they've lost a customer for life.in fact, I'm letting as many people know my experience so they can reconsider their position and review their policy
