Refused refund of shoes

Purchased shoes from LoveMyShoes.com and returned them for refund. Policy is wait three weeks. They had the shoes an entire month, no refund. Today, the shoes were returned to me with my note asking for a refund still in the box. I called them (yet again) and was told that the shoes were "worn" and that an e-mail was sent to me.
Wrong. Not worn. No e-mail. Never buy from this company. They have a store in Farmingdale, Long Island which I will personally visit this weekend. What a rip-off this company is.
