I am an employee. My daughter went out of town with her father, where there were no network pharmacies within 100 miles of her. I was told by two different Customer Care Reps that CVS Caremark employees DO have an allowance for an out of network override, and just to have the pharmacy call and they would grant the override. When the pharmacy called, they spoke to Laverne. She told them there was no such thing as an override and that nobody could get one. I spent 4 hours of my day (work day mind you) on the phone with customer care and the pharmacy, and my daughter's dad explaaining to him what was gonig on and having my daughter bleeding and cyring the whole day (she has a skin condition that causes bleeding). That was what the cream was for. I waited 45 minutes AGAIN with customer care and they hung up on me. I called back and just kept holding. So i missed out on about 4 hours of work on my paycheck trying to get it resolved, and as of right now it still isn't resolved and my little girl still is in pain. Very disappointed.
