Poor Customer Service

It has taken 7 phone calls to set up a prescription with CVS Caremark that I was supposed to start a few days ago. It was prescribed on a Monday. The doctor sent it to a regular pharmacy, but it needed to have gone to a speciality pharmacy. I called CVS Caremark to set up an account for the prescription on a Tuesday evening. The pharmacy faxed the prescription to CVS Caremark Tuesday evening. On Wed. I heard nothing from CVS Caremark. I called the pharmacy on Thursday morning and they knew nothing of the prescription. I called the main number at CVS Caremark and they said they had no record of my phone call Tuesday night, but they would look into it and call me back - they never did. I called again and got a very rude woman who transferred me to the pharmacy and the pharmacy had never received the prescription. I called the original pharmacy and had them refax the prescription and I called the doctor and have her office resend the prescription. I called late in the day on Thursday and CVS had still not received the prescription but said they would call me back. On Friday morning I still had not heard anything back from CVS. I called again and the woman said (at 9:40 in the morning) that she had only been at her desk 5 minutes and would have to call me back. She didn't call me back. I have a life-threatening illness - the timing of my taking this medicine as I come off another medicine is crucial. I have not been impressed with CVS Caremark's service at all during this - it has totally been up to me to get this straightened out - CVS has not called me back once.
