My doctors office faxed prescription to cvs caremark on November 27.. The pharmacy at cvs caremark entered the order incorrectly and then put my order on hold while waiting for clarification from the doctors office. Turns out that the pharmacy was wrong and offered to speed up getting the order to my by using a next day service. That was 2 days ago. At 4:06 am today I was sent an e-mail telling me that my order was delayed for another 2-3 days. I urgently need the medication. Whatever happened to customer service.
