Horrible customer service—CAREMARK should be renamed BADMARK - MEDICATION

Caremark is a nightmare to deal with. Not only is their customer services horrible, but their practices are archaic. They do not know how to ship insulin.insulin needs to be kept cold and unbelievably they ship 4-5 day delivery it in the summer. Of course it has now gone bad. So, do they care about the customer? NO WAY! They try to charge you for extra shipping. When you talk to a customer service rep you better believe it will not be documented on your file! They just cannot get it together. They should be called BADMARK. Nothing in their company shows in any form "care".
