RX by mail

On 6/21 a CVS Caremark employeed contacted me to hard-sell obtaining my RX through Caremark in 90-day supplies via mail, versus going into the CVS pharmacy monthly. I agreed to renew my 4 RX via Caremark, and was told would be max 10 days until meds rec'd. It has now been 16 days, and the response given by Caremark was to wait until 7/15 before re-contacting them about my missing prescriptions. I have now been without my meds for over a week. I do not recommend utilizing CVS Caremark's mail-order RX service, and I will resume utilizing my local pharmacy for same-day service. The alleged savings were not worth going without much-needed medications!
