On 06/14 I saw an offer for a free trial of a slimming aid. It was not until after I had completed the payment for P&P that I noticed further down the page that I would be charged £64.95 after 14 days and also sent further supplies each month at the same price plus P&P unless I called to cancel and obtained a RMA number to return the product. I tried to call immediately on 0808 168 0207 which was the number shown on the internet site, I was connected and held for 15 mins without speaking to anyone, I then hung up. The product arrived on 06/20 with a letter showing a different number for cancellation and return of product - 00-800-1200 - like the other customers I received no response. I now do not know what to do with the product, I have asked my Credit Card Company for help, they advised that if this is a subscription they can stop the payments. I am not sure if this is the case. I guess I will just have to wait and see. If anyone has any advice I would be grateful.
