On January 16th I ordered a trial product for $1.99 for S&H. After receiving the product (about 10 days later (envelop date 17/1), I called to cancel my subscription. On 16/2, I received another bottle of the product. I called immediately to tell them that I had already cancelled and that I wanted to return the product for a refund. I was told that they had no record of my cancellation and that their were no return policy. The only thing they could do is refund $35. And refer my case to the corporate office for evaluation. At the end of February, I received my credit card statement, and to my surprise, I had been charge for 2 shipments (Jan 31st 2010 for $84.71 and Feb 15th for $89.66).
I want to be reimbursed for these charges. But is there somehow something that I can do?
