Answered add for trial of purasilk and aluria, paid shipping cost on credit card, 24/04. Phoned today to cancel and to return products (received on 30/04) and was informed payment was taken from my account on 08/05.
Was informed by Tim, agent no. 4038 that the deadline had passed for cancellation
now I always understood that the trial days reffered to use of the product, how can one try a product that has been in the post for 6 days? I am unable to use the creams as they gave me a skin reaction, as well as puffy eyes. Tim suggested I used a plain moisture cream mixed into the product to (weaken) it.!!!
Please keep away from this firm, I certainly learnt a lesson.
