I saw an advert of a weight reduction product called slimvida Colonflow and the company offered a free trial which was suppose to end on 16th April the consumer was told to pay just £2.50 each for shipping of the products. I filled in my details for the free trial product and got the products within a week after i filled in my details, to my surprise when i opened the package i saw that i was sent the full product which is shocking because a free trial product to me is suppose to be a small portion of the actual product and if after using and i am satisfied with it i could now make an order for it, also in the package was a letter informing that if after using slimvida and Colonflow for 14 days and if i don't return the product i would be charged £64.50 for each after which i would be sent the product monthly and the money would be deducted automatically from my account monthly this aroused my suspicion and i decided not to use the product but send it back immediately i called the customer service line phone no to cancel but the number doesn't go through 00-800-1200, i went on the internet to get Natural Health Network Ltd but met a brick wall. There is no way i can get in torch with the company and they are still offering people free trials of the product i need help because i dont want the product, left to me i would have sent it back immediately but they were specific in their letter to me that i have to get an RMA number from their customer service or else i cant return the product and getting their customer care service is impossible, so i have to keep paying for this product i don't want because i made a mistake of signing in for a free trial i want buyers to beware of this company Natural Health Network Ltd they are scammers and i want relevant authority to take up this people. I'm cancelling my card right away...
