I ordered a free trial for lift serum and lift & glow pro for £1.99 each and received product the next day on 21 feb 13. Since then they took £84.71 x 2 on 07.03.2013 while I was on holiday so was unaware. On return from holiday on 21.03.2012 I received an email from then stating that my next delivery was ready for despatch. I emailed to state that I hadn't ordered any and that could they cancel. I then received an email stating that it had been cancelled. On 22.03.2013 on checking my online banking they had taken a further £89.00 x 2. I called customer service number which has London uk next to it and after 40 mins of waffling I got nowhere and as it was an American accent I asked where the lady was and it was USA so am now expecting massive phone bill also. I googled juvenue terms and conditions and got a link to return product if received the product that they had taken payment for I could return for a refund. I have to get a RMA number to do this and the product arrived today. I cannot get this number so if anybody knows a way to get this I would be extremely grateful
