I called to order the service for my boyfriend and was never told that he was getting into a two year agreement after six months the bills kept getting higher and after calling several times to try to get the service lowered he had to cancel his service and after three months they sent us box so we can put their equipment in it and mail it back. We did this and two weeks later they took out $400 from my debit card which is not even in his name. We tried to speak to them but they would not refund our money back.
