I have had my Direct TV for 1 1/2 years. I am writing this review to make it known that the first three days that I had my Direct TV I called to cancel my subscription because I was not satisfied and wanted to go back to Dish Network. I was told that I could not cancel and I was LOCKED IN TO THE TWO YEAR AGREEMENT.

Why is there not a 2 week cancellation term?

Also, I sent my DVR back because it did not work... IT WAS BROKEN and did not get a replacement. When I called back 3 months later I was told that it would cost me 199.00 to get another one. At no time did the csr explain that i would not be able to get another one without a fee if i chose to not get a replacement. Meanwhile I am just waiting for my contract to expire so that I can return to Dish Network.
