Charged on Discover Card After Order Cancelled Within Two Hours

Would just like a full refund on charges they put through on my discover card after I canceled order within 2 hours and was told that it was indeed canceled now they say it has been sent and all i have to do is refuse order and it will take 30 days to get it off my discover card and all i will be charged is the shipping this is indeed a scam
