Discover Card
Ripoff should be illegal. They will not cancel my credit card with them. I call to cancel they keep sending me new cards and give me a hard time when i call again to cancel

I had Canceled my Discover about a year ago. It had nothing to do with me being unhappy with the card. I was just getting rid of credit card in order to buy a home and i was not using my Discover. I called to cancel and it too about 20 mins i had been a hard holder since 1998 and they offered me all sorts of deals and all i kept saying was i want it canceled. Finally after being transferred around a hundred times they told me the card was canceled.

A couple of months later i recived a new Card in the mail. Extemley mad i called again and explained to them i canceled the card i don't want any mail from them or any cards. They told me it was sent out in error and to disregarud the card. Everything was fine till this past week. I was sent a card again. This time a Discover Plantnium card.

I called again explaining a year ago i cancelled this card i want no mail and no more cards from this company. They transferred me to another dept where again i had to argue with this guy Ryan that i did not want the card at all no promotions nothing. He says my card was never cancelled a year ago. Supositly its cancelled now. I don't think this is right. If you cancel a card you should not keep getting them in the mail.

I think It should be illegal and i never want it to happen again. I don't even live at the address that they are sending the card anymore and i am married now so the card is not even in the right name. I think that this is dangerous and someone could get a hold of this card and rip me off since i don't expect to be getting thease in the mail since I cancelled the card 3 times now!!!
