I need my Laptop very much urgent pls look on my case. - Compaq Compute

Dear Customer Care,

This is Vinoth from Thirubuvanam. I bought CompaQ HP 420 Laptop and it having one year Warrenty. But after 8 months I got problem and the hard disk prone to failure. I bought it from Modern Computers, Thanjavur. When I told this to them, they replied me that you only want to take directly to the service center. Likewise as per their words I've spend my much time and money to go several times to Trichy - Maha Electronics (HP Service Center); They told me that this is not having problem bill and then They ask as to give the reason of some thing which is not having the serails of components parts inside the Laptop. For that I ask to the Modern Computers where I bought. Likewise two months gone. Still no response from modern and from the service center. Then y HP is giving WARRENTY?

Is your company is a Fraud company? Nearly two months gone. Still I've not received my laptop back from your service center. Pls do the needful.
