Toshiba — Warranty is Fake or Poo

As I Have purchased a Toshiba Laptop Model — Satelite (C665-X5010) on Dated: 05-April-12

It is having some problem with in 10 Days of purchasing laptop coz. Of which i had called to your service center, they had given me a complaint ID - 041412-53 and told me to go to the service center for rectifing the problem. I had gone to the service center in Amritsar and met Mr. Jarmanjit singh (M. 09814909695) there. He had told his guy to check the laptop and his guy told that its motherboard is burnt from inside. So they told me that it is not to be covered in warranty.

Then again i had called to your service center, they again had told me that it must be covered in warranty. They again gave me Call ID - 042712-81, Again i go to the service center then they again refuse me to give the warranty.

I had purchased your laptop on the faith that you ll provide me proper support.

Laptop and Charging Adoptor are both ment by you people not by me so how am i responsible for the fault. Also on the same place more than 30 students are working on their laptops only mine had got the problem. All my Collegues are Eye Wittness of the Latop Problem.

This is only coz of parts used by you not any other thing is responsible for the fault,

This all Issue I had mailed to laptopcare@toshiba-india. Comfrom where i also get disappointed as their Miss/Mrs. Rachna (M. 099560098950) has had talked to me but she had also not done nothing.

Plz od the needful as soon as possible.
