Bad Product Quality and Terrible Customer Support Ripoff Nationwide

This is regarding the Compaq Presario V2000Z notebook PC I purchased in April. The laptop has gone bad four times in these six months. Each time I sent if for repairs I got the laptop back with the same or a brand new problem.

So far they have replaced almost everything in that laptop including CPU, motherboard, hard disk, etc. Still the laptop does not work. After so many trips to the repair center the laptop now looks old and stale. There are now scratch marks on the laptop. The plastic near the power ON button is cracked and broken.

I have not used my laptop for more than two months now. If HP cannot fix the laptop after four times, it means that HP has sold me a lemon and I want my money back.

I have tried contacting my case manager Troy but with no luck. He does not return my calls. His mail box was full the last time I checked.
