I need my Laptop Soon

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Vinoth From Thirubuvanam. I have bought a HP Compaq 420 laptop in Thanjavur Modern Computer and after 8 months I got problem with the HDD. I take my Laptop to Modern; But they told me that if you have warranty the you only want to move to the HP Service Center directly. Likewise I found the nearest HP Service Center{Maha Electronics[HP Service Center], Thillai nagar, Trichy.} But they are not responding by saying some other reasons still. They told to correct and give a bill which they wanted from Modern Computers and Modern computer is not giving that still. Here I don't know who is the fraud. But 37days gone. Still I have not received my laptop from the service center/Modern. Pls do the needful
