Rude employee and manager ignored me at Algonquin store

To whom it may concern,

I am sorry to complain about a very unpleasant experience during my visit to the following FedEx Office: 1494 Randall Rd., Algonquin, IL 60102.

The employee named Len was very rude to me. He intentionally ignored me because of my nationality or the color of my skin. When I asked him for help, he showed me an attitude. I asked the manager for help, but he ignored me too.

I am very much disappointed and hurt. Even another customer who was waiting for service also recognized the problem. I can't believe it could happen in this century! FedEx is a world-class company and it cannot afford to lower the standard of its "Customer Service." It can hurt your reputation too.
