Blotchy, smeared prints and rude staff at Laguna Niguel office

This is the 3rd time that I have used FedEx for printing services for my company. Not only is the staff unfriendly and rude, but the prints came out all blotchy and smeared.

One of the managers at the Laguna Niguel FedEx office has had a look on her face each time I have gone in, as if she does not want to be there, and she has tried to give me every option but customer service. Why work in customer service if you obviously do not like people?

I will never use FedEx for printing services again, and if other companies ask, I will refer them somewhere else.
