Will never use FedEx for print services again!

This is the 3rd time that I have used FedEx for printing services for my company. Not only is the staff unfriendly and rude but the prints came out all blotchy and smeared. One of the Managers Erica, in the Laguna Niguel FedEx office, needs to find a new job. Each time I have gone in there she has had a look on her face like she doesn't want to be there and she has tried to give me every option but customer service. Why work in customer service if you obviously don't like people. I will never use FedEx for printing services again and if other companies ask I will refer them somewhere else.
