Miscellaneous

I was apparently fooled by a pop-up that led me to believe I was getting software support from Dell. I signed up thinking I was paying about $30.00 for support from a reputable company. When I received my next credit card bill, I learned that I'd been charged $70.80 for "support" from a fly-by-night company and that it was too late to "unsubscribe" because they had a 1 week limit on doing so. It is very telling that the "operator" at this sleaze-bag outfit doubles as the "billing department" (i.E., the complaint department). These guys are scam artists deluxe. Their phone number (I don't think you'll find it on their site) is 800-469-5065.
