Industrial Supply Compnay This company should be shut down

I received a call this morning from this company saying i had to purchase 7 more gallons of TK 10 to finish my order from two years ago. I tried to stop him a few different times and explain to him that i remember talking to a lady and asking several times if this was a promotion and if i would ever be billed for or asked to purchase anymore. She said no. However this guy would keep interupting and saying please let me finish but when i would start talking he would cut me off i said please let me finish and he would get upset and say stop interupting. I was so mad by the end of the conversation i dont remember the guys name and i asked many times at the end of the call and he would not give it to me.

I asked to speak to his manager and he said i am the finance manager so there is no one to talk to. So he finally hung up on me.
