Laughed and yelled at!

I had called and canceld my account a few days ago, and was told my money would be back in my bank my Sunday, so when I check to see if it was, and it wasnt I called back to make sure it was still going thought. To my surprise I was told I did not cancel but I reduced my payments instead (which was not true), then I was told they did not have to refund my money, which lead me to become upset and use language I normally do not use (which I acknowledged and apologized for). But when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that who I was talking to was the only one in charge and I couldn't talk to anyone else, but I could hang up. I did not believe this to be true, so I finally was able to speak with the manager, Tammy, she came on to the phone very aggressively, never asked why I had been upset and asked to talk to her, she interrupted me throught the whole conversation, she yelled at me, put my conversation on speaker for her employees to hear, she mocked me, laughed at me, and hung up on me.
