Hidden 7.95 monthly fee left me short for insurance payment

I added $60 to my card to pay my auto insurance this month, and when I checked my account balance, they had automatically withdrawn $7.95 from my account, which was money I expected to use to pay my insurance. I called them, and they said it was a monthly fee. I call it a hidden fee and a huge scam that needs to be reported. No matter how much it was, it was wrong for them to do it.

I had exactly enough to pay my insurance, and then I had to pay another $4.95 to add more money to pay my insurance bill. This has scam written all over it. There are fees to add money, fees for monthly charges, and fees if you add money after they froze your account.
