Scam on insurance hidden agent fees

Almanys insurance company in Ennis tx is the biggest rip off company this agent charged me a 47% in hidden agent fees and didn't inform me about the fees. When I first took out my auto coverage I gave her $120.00 for a down payment and only $63.52 got applied, then I went back to add another coverage and was charged another $50.00 dollars that never got sent to the insurance company nor was I ever informed that I could have called the underwriting insurance company named Permanent General to add the coverages for only $5.00 myself. This agent took $170.00 from me and only $63.52 got applied, $106.00 in hidden agent fees in her pocket. When I confronted this agent she told me to take my business else where and that is very unprofessional for someone that's doing business. So I can only say if u don't ask u won't know so check it out before u buy auto coverage, and at this point this matter is this unresolved.
