Rip off scam con artists adding late charges to payments that is auto paid from banking account

Don't know where to start, I have two accounts with Fairbanks thru Equicredit everything was find with Equicredit, then they sold it to Fairbanks.

I got a call saying they didn't get a payment. I told them I had sent it to Equicredit, they said find no problem. That was on the first account. Another call came in on the other property saying they didn't get any payment, I told them that payment is deducted automatic every two weeks from checking (QEB plan).

They say they do not have or know of that plan and need a payment which I did not send. Now that they are getting the payments they say I am behind and added late fees, escrow and other charges.

Oh! Oh! Here is what got my goat. I am remodeling my house and my insurance company droped my insurance until I'm finished, I called Fairbanks (and so did the insurance company) to let them know there is no insurance until the project completed, They said O.K.

But now they have added Insurance and late fees and said I missed a payment and will not take my payment unless it is for total amount due for said late fees, escrow, added on insurance and other charges or they forecloses.
