Overcharging. Offered $13.95 but Charged My Visa

Like a participant, I had been provided (on the site) a montly account for $13.95,
However BlackPeopleMeet charged my consideration for $17.00
I've sent them many times but no reaction.
May contact my Credit lender to protest the incorrect cost.
They did the same to this past year (May), I sent them-and nothing happened both.
I'll record them additionally towards the Deprtment of Customer's Matters in Texas and/or Even The Better Business Office in Texas
