Charged me for insurance $2.600 for one month, when I sent in proof of my insurance they neve

They didn't credit my account. I sent in my morgage payment, they called and said my morgage was behind 2 months, they used my payment for fees they said. And my morgage arm was going up 300 a month. But because my payment is late I owe more fees and any money I send them is going to be used for fees. And that I should sell my house before they start foreclosure.

In one month my payments went from 1,244 to 1,851. I'm so disgusted with trying to get through to them that they made a mistake but they won't listen.

Now 2 weeks later there saying I owe 6.000 in fees. And I'm 4 months behind. I think I'm losing my mind. They call me 4xs a day wanting to know when I can send in the 6,000 in fees. But they can't explain what the fees are for.
