This is the third time I have been on hold more than 60 minutes. I have called at least three times this week to get a hold of a live person to reschedule my international travel plans.

I called at 4:45pm and its now 6:25pm - still on hold and no answer. I am going to see how many hours its going to take United to pick up the phone.

I will NEVER fly with UNITED again with this horrible customer service. It really appears that you don't care about wait times, your answering messages don't even give a time to hold.

This is just not acceptable and there are no excuses. No customer wanting your business should ever wait this long and this many times. You need to look at who runs your customer service center, the interface, and staffing.
