Leave company, charges and taxes are too high. Not as agreed

I was with t-mobile for about 10-12 years. I had 2 lines with one account. All of a sudden the charges started to be higher and so were the taxes, if there was a charge for 1.61 the taxes would be 1.80 a total of 3.41. When i told them i wanted out of the contract my bill was 93.00 200.00 early termination bill, i agreed to pay that amount, well to my surprise accoring to them i owe them 820.00 and for 2 lines, when i only had one contract. I told them if they were out of their minds, which with early termination fee my bill was 293.00 they added 2 hundred for each line and the rest taxes. And as of today, they have me in a collections company, of which they ask me in one of their calls that they would settle for 600.00, i said no and told them i was going to sue t-mobile for fraudulent charges, that as a sr. Citizen i have my rights, and was going to dispute these outrageous charges.
