CT Cellular Save money more like cost a $1100

I was referred to Mobile Zone by a friend little did I know it would become worst experience I have ever had with a retail store. Mobile Zone said they could save me some money on my Verizon Wireless bill amount to $135 each month with 2 lines sharing 1400minutes and unlimited text on both.

With all said and done Mobile Zone told me the charges incurred from switching from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile with a single line with unlimited everything would be $150 per line = $300 and my last months bill $135. Also, getting on T-Mobile without a contract (month-by-month) would be $92 all said and done monthly cost fees.

I also had some old phones that they took in to sell for me amounting to $310. They promised me $260 of that $310 after their cut. So, to recap my bill from Verizon should have been $300 $135 = $435 and then another $92 a one-time sign up fee with T-Mobile. So, I left the store that day with a new BB Curve with skin and case.

About two weeks later is when the horrors started. Little did I know they had ordered a phone on my 2nd Verizon line with the new every 2 years upgrade and then canceled it. This resulted in an initial $360 charge to my Credit Card by the time I had found out about this I had already received the full $799 equipment charge for not activating that phone with Verizon. Then I received another $200 from T-Mobile because they claim to have accidentally put me in a contract and then canceled it resulting in a 2year contract early termination fee. Lastly, they also smoked me on the old phone I gave them and only gave me $100. All said and done I am out more than $1100 and I call up Mobile Zone and they tell me it's my problem and to stop calling.
