Missing package from kingsland ga post office 31548 - MARY BROWN

I bought somethings off ebay got two packages 3rd package never got took the tracking to post office and the lady acted like i was not telling the truth i downloaded everything i got off line where and when the package was delivered to the usps office and kingsland she told me i had the wrong address told we i did not know how to use ebay really i had the same po box for 10 year and ebay for 5 never had a problem.
