USPS stole my mail

USPS was supposed to deliver two packages on Friday 12/6. Only one of them was delivered without problems, the other package was missing. I checked on their web site for the tracking number and it was showing the package was undelivered because nobody was at home and that they left a "notice". That day my Mom was at home all day, thats just BS and they didn't left any "notice". On Monday the package was delivered broken and empty with stamps from the local post office "received unsealed with no content". Don't trust on USPS, they are f*ing stealers!!!
