1. I started using t mobile on "pay as go" for 2 years, then i got a message saying that I was able to become a regular customer's previlege which includes to get a 2nd line, and the phone available for that was very cheap... So, I tried to order it, got declined.
However, I noticed that I got multiple notice on my cell phone and email saying I had an outstanding balances ($100 was posted last month, my service got interrupted, so I had to pay, then 3 weeks later (a week ago), i noticed online I had another $179 due..
I am on $50/unlimited use... I don't make a lot of calls, because I am a terminally ill... Over last 2years with t-mobile, my record shows I made any calls out of my cell phone is less than 200min.

Now, my cell phone service is down, I came by a local t-mobile who was not able to help me...

Please help!
