Unsafe Range Rack

There is a problem with the Roll-Out Rack, part #W10273852, on my range. It is very slick on the top of the shelf, as well as the roll-out rack itself. There is no back stopper on the shelf, and food pans tend to slide backwards when I slide out the rack. This has caused serious trouble, trying to retrieve the pans. The latest incident was a sheet full of cookies. The sheet slid backward as I pulled out the rack, and tipped the pan, dumping the whole batch into the rear of the oven! This is a dangerous and frustrating situation. According to the manual, this rack should have a tilted-up stopper, as the others in the range do. I would like Kitchen Aid to send me the proper rack for my range and prevent further cooking disasters. I have written to them several times, and also posted a complaint with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission with no results.
