I purchased the ticket through you. One of the airlines you used caused us to miss one leg of our flight, China Eastern airlines then booked us on a flight to get us to our final destination using Thai Airways. They then canceled our RETURN FLIGHT.

No one is willing to take the responsibility to assist us. I have wasted 12 hours online and a 28 hour travel time turned into 0ver 42 hours AND I still have no way to get home.

I am not asking for much, just your commitment to honor your customer and get us home. We purchased a round ticket home and now we have no way home.

Every airline refuses to help as they state "we did not issue the ticket so it is not our responsibility". A travel agent we talked to here in Dhaka, Bangladesh says there is nothing he can do about our tickets because ORBITZ is the issuing agent.

Orbitz? They just keep passing me off to someone else.

I purchased your product. You have left me stranded and I have not received the product I purchased.

Get us home.
