Streamline Communications
Fraud & Scam

Miscellaneous

Both owner/Andrew and sales person name Augusto, Guzman, Raquel has promised to give as follows; Activation fee wake $36/line X 3 lines=$108 (Sprint may file collection total $234.98), $180/mo. 20% discount =$145/mo. (never happen), Credit $125 X 3=$375 (never get it email confirmation thus I cancel it before try date). I had signed on Dec. 31.2011 but I get my phone on Jan. 08 and returned on Jan. advised by Sprint customer services has to return before Jan. 15 to avoid any charged. I did return on 14 of Jan. But they are not accepted my return unless they charge restocking fee of $105 I had paid.

Above all SC promised I never get it thus; I had canceled it with in 7 days per Sprint customer services advice. Sprint sent me email saying that they will be sending collection of $234.98. Activation fee must charge, nothing to do with their authorize reseller as SC. This reseller SC is not delivery what they promised. Sign the contract with new customers; customer will be track for good, if you are not canceling on timely matter. This is the Scam and they should not be in the business on telling the customers what they can’t deliver. Do have a copy of contract what they promised. I would be more than happy to send you a copy upon your request. I hope that request to stop the fraud that they are keeping on doing to others.

Thanks for your attention and have wonderful days

Sincerely yours,
Jerry Chan / 408.955.9268
