I ordered from their website and declined all additional benefits and was charged a monthly feel for several months and somehow overlooked it on my bill. When I caught it can called to complain they offered little help until I demanded to talk to a supervisor. Then I was offered part of my payments back and today I got a bill and they have charged me for another month. Do not buy from them or even go to their websites. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida.
